English Name: Dipsacus, Sichuan Teasel Root

Tonifies the Liver and Kidney
Liver and Kidney deficiencies are characterized by inability to nourish muscles and tendons, resulting in aches and pains in the lower extremities. Deficiency of Kidney Yang leads to compromised ability of kidneys to contain fluid fluids.

Typical Usage of Concentrated Extract
2 to 4 grams per day or as directed by your health practitioner. Use up to 6 grams in severe cases.
Cautions & Contraindications
Use of Xu Duan has been associated with 3 cases of sever skin allergy characterized by redness, itching and burning sensation.
