Cautions & Contraindications
- Jing Jie is contraindicated if perspiration is not from wind such as defensive qi deficiency or yin deficient heat
- Jing Jie in contraindicated when measles are fully erupted or there are open sores
- When taking Jing Jie these foods should be avoided fish, crab, goose and duck so as not to increase skin itching
