Broccoli Salad #2
1 Head Young Broccoli, Chopped**
5 Large Tomatoes, Diced
1 Cup Almond Sauce
1 California Avocado
1-2 Teaspoons Fresh Garlic Juice
2 Tablespoons Dulse Flakes
Mash avocado in a large bowl adding almond sauce, garlic juice and dulse flakes then combine well. Add broccoli and tomatoes and toss till well covered. Serves 2 as a main dish or 4 as a side salad.
**Young broccoli may have some or all of the stems peeled then diced & added to the salad.
