Candida Questionaire & Score Sheet

This Questionnaire is designed for adults and the scoring system isn't appropriate for children. It lists factors in one's medical history that promote the growth of Candida Albicans and symptoms commonly found in individuals with yeast connected illness. For each "Yes" answer in Section A, circle the Point Score in that section. Total your score and record it on the line at the end of the section. Then move on to Section B and C and score as directed. Filling out and scoring this questionnaire should help you and your healthcare praqctitioner evaluate the possible role of Candida in contributing to your health problems. Yet it will not provide an automatic "Yes" or "No" answer.

Grand Total Score, Sections A, B & C ________

The Grand Total Score will help you and your healthcare praqctitioner decide if your health problems are yeast connected. Scores in woman will run higher, as 7 items in the questionnaire apply exclusively to women, while only 2 apply exclusively to men.

Yeast connected health problems are almost certainly present in women with scores over 360 and in men with scores over 280.

Yeast connected health problems are probably present in women with scores over 240 and in men with scores over 180 .

Yeast connected health problems are possibly present in women with scores over 120 and in men with scores over 80.

With scores of less than 120 in women and 80 in men, yeasts are less apt to cause health problems.

*Including Keflex , ampicillin, amoxicillin, Ceclor, Bactrim and Septra. Such antibiotics kill off the good bacteria in the digestive tract while they are supposed to be killing the ones causing infection. Pepto Bismal also has the same effect. These infectious bacteria also have the ability to mutate themselves and become resistant to the drugs and will actually use the drugs to reproduce themselves in many individuals! The best antibiotic is Raw Garlic Juice. (Not granulated, powdered, baked, added to cooked food or processed in any way. Irregardless of what all the "authorities" say, garlic loses its rebalancing effect on the body when it is used in these ways. If you don't believe it, try each way when you feel sick -- it must be used for the prescribed dosage and time to be given a fair comparison. This is not being done when tests are performed for medical studies whose outcomes tell us garlic has no antibiotic properties. To accomplish these tests, it is being used in a standardized and processed form, not from freshly juiced potent raw garlic.)
