Male Fertility and Chinese Tonic Herbalism

Two excellent formulas that men may use to increase sperm production and fertility are Shou Wu Formulation and Ant Essence. It is beneficial to consume Astragalus as a separate supplement. Polygonum is used to increase sperm count and to tonify Jing. Astragalus improves the Qi of the sperm and has been shown to increase sperm motility. The herb Polygonum multiflorum is traditionally believed to increase sperm production.
