Start with 1/4 piece of Italian Sprout Bread for the base. Spread Cashew Seed Yogurt on top of the bread. Place several large dark green romaine leaves on top of the yogurt. Spread a layer of Cashew Seed Yogurt on top of the Romaine. Dice Red Bell Pepper and Sweet Onion. Mix 3 parts Red Bell Pepper to 1 part Sweet Onion and sprinkle on top of the Seed Yogurt.
